The shampoo daddy used tonight made lots of bubbles when he turned on the jets. They played in here forever and had a lot of fun. I will be sad when they are too old to laugh and play in these bath together....I need to enjoy it while I can.

Daddy took the big kids to a Charlotte today since we had our second day out of school but the ice wasn't bad. They ran in to Callie while there, they had a great Ike as always, they love that place.
Pam Watren brought her two kids over today, both are just a couple months younger than mine. They had a good time playing while Blake was with Mama today. Taylor and Delaney played parallel today for most of the time, but didn't want to leave each other at the end of the day. The babies rolled around and were interested in each other.
Daddy tried teaching Lilli Jane how to catch it in her mouth. She was out there 3 seconds, that why there are no shoes or hat.
We finished the night with game night, the kids love playing games after Lilli Jane goes to bed at night, mom and dad do too!
Delaney made a snack for after nap.
We had a glorious day today!
Loving this moment during a cold afternoon. A little resting watching Sofia the First together after a nap.
While the boys were gone to the game the girls enjoyed some fun together. I cherish girl nights, Delaney and I did art, danced, read books, sang, had a blast tonight together.
The boys out to the Bobcats game! It was his first...they had a great time, I think it will be unforgettable for him. Both of them.
They both wanted to eat lunch in the fort today, so upstairs we went for a picnic. Lilli Jane kept trying to crawl in with them and was confused about where they were, so cute.
The kids enjoyed watching Gamecock basketball! Nanny and Grandpa got to go with them. A great night!
I was able to enjoy one on one time for a few minutes with each child today. While the big kids went to watch the wrestling match tonight Lilli Jane and I sat in the floor and I held her until she was stable and let go, she would stand for a few seconds and fall to me, she would giggle and giggle. She started to pull herself up and let go herself, she is getting close to standing. She pulls up all the time and loves to figure out her feet. Sometimes she walks on them, but most of the time she eats them.
Delaney laid on me tonight while we watched a Wild Kratts. She laid so still I thought she was asleep. She was cuddling with me without hurting me, or jumping on me. I enjoyed every minute of the thirty minutes.
Tonight I got to put Blake to bed. We rotate nights with the big kids right now if we are both home. I love bedtime, I like to ask them what their favorite thing of the day was and if anything made them sad. I especially enjoy praying with Blake right now because I know that he is learning so much and taking it all in, one day soon he will be an excellent prayer guy...he is attempting them already, I'm sure he's got it down in his head, he just won't do it out loud until he feels like it's perfect. That is what I want to teach him, is to pray no matter what you say, it's always perfect no matter what you say.
I love your creativity and passion for imagination! Both of you love to dress up. Delaney, you called this your fireproof suit.
He is all about sports! Blake enjoyed soccer, but he seems to be enjoying basketball just as much. I think we have a lifelong sports lover on our hands!
Kevin took the kids for a treat after the game while I got laundry started and ate a little breakfast.
Kevin came to pick us up about 4:10pm and we went to get my car and head home for the evening. He found some stuff in th fridge to throw together a yummy, healthy shrimp pasta meal with cabbage! It was excellent, I couldn't get enough cabbage. I planned the dinner menu for the week, opened mail, we all cleaned up, played a game of Shoots and Ladders, did a little more laundry, cashed out our piggy banks ( getting a check from me to put in the bank), all before bath and bed at 7:30.
We had some tired kids tonight for sure! I am one tired mama! Kevin got nap times with Lilli Jane today, so he's using his energy to watch some football with Chris Fisher...I am finishing this blog, so I don't forget the day, then closing my eyes. Goodnight!
