At 8:20 the party ended, Delaney said, "mom, she's just not ready yet, she kept trying to keep me awake."  We will try again next summer.  Oh well...

Delaney is such an influence on Lilli Jane...sisterly love!

Sisters...

Delaney has had some mixed emotions while adjusting to Lilli Jane's arrival.  She sure loves her with all her heart and shows her by hugging and kissing her all the time.  She also will poke and squeeze her, try to flop her head around and rock her a little too hard.  I asked her the other day if she was trying to hurt her and she said yes.  Oh no, I hope that was an accidental answer that she meant to say no to.  Lilli Jane doesn't really cry when she messes with her though, so I know she loves her sister and doesn't mind what she doesto her.  Delaney will come around and start to teach her more and more as she smiles at her, laughs, and interacts, but for right now, all eyes on her when she's near her.
