Snow Day!

After a full day of icy rain and sleet we finally got to go out and play in the dusting of snow on top of ice.  It was pretty!  

The kids had some good sledding and we got to get warm in the treehouse, we are waiting on it to be warm enough to play in it now.   And we need to paint it! 

The cousins and grandparents came over for Chili by Chef Kevin for lunch.  Lilli Jane is so funny playing with Peyton, she's either shy around him or so giggly!  I think she has a crush on him.  We had a great day, but we need to get back to school!  We missed one day and have a delay on Monday, which cancels preschool! 

Christmas came early

The kids found out today their Christmas present from us is a treehouse!!!!  They are so excited!!

The snow started during school...

So I loaded up the sick girl and went to get Blake...

Lilli Jane wanted to join so bad, so we found a way for her to play with heat inside...

We took her out for a few minutes just for a picture...

And she discovered how tasty snow was...

Back inside, medicine was wearing off...

Playing with cousins

We had a great time with Kaitlyn, Landon, Matt, and Sandra this weekend!  The big cousins baby-sat while we went out with Matt and Sandra.  Fun times!

Firepit!

So excited to have our first fire with the family tonight, bring on the S'Mores!!!!  They had a great time and ask to do it all the time.  A new family favorite thing to do!
